Last week my brother (who lives in Toronto) and his girlfriend told me that they were looking to move into a bigger apartment. They seemed to be getting a bit frustrated with the process. It was then that I realized that they were for sure spinning their wheels as they had not even made a list of what they wanted in their next home.
